Three years, parts and labor

Displays carry a 3-year parts and labor warranty. Accessories carry their own terms, shown on the listing.

If something goes wrong

Email [email protected] with your order number, a photo of the screen and a list of what you have tried. We will work out the fix and tell you what happens next.

Limits

The store warranty policy sets out what is covered. The IP65 rating covers the front face only, and the published temperature and humidity ratings apply.
